All guests must be eighteen years or older to enjoy spa services.

PRICING
Prices are exclusive of tax and for your convenience will be assessed a 23% service charge. All pricing is subject to change.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24-hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment. For late cancellations and no-show appointments, the full treatment fee will be charged.

GROUP AND PRIVATE PARTIES
The Spa can service groups of up to eight guests for private events. Available upon request.

RESERVATIONS
Our Spa is open to outside guests and Hotel guests. We recommend scheduling spa services prior to your visit for the widest selection of treatments and appointment times. Bookings made on the same day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. When scheduling, please specify if you prefer a gender for your therapist. If you have any health concerns or are pregnant, there may be contraindications for some services. All appointments must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Prices and services are subject to change.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
If you must change or cancel your appointment, please notify Spa directly 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time to avoid being charged in full.

SPA ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN 
In order to enhance your experience, we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a brief consultation/ intake form, also look it over if you like to add so many enhancements we do offer & change and relax. Arriving late will likely shorten your spa treatment, as we must end at the scheduled time so that we may honor the next guest’s appointment time. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age requirement to utilize the spa facilities and receive massages, facials or body treatments is 18 years of age. Any guests under the age of 18 may receive spa services with a permission of an adult and/or must be accompanied by an adult.

AMENITIES 
Relax before or after your services in our Tranquility lounges, Hot tub & Pool. Please bring a swimsuit for our coed rooftop pool deck. Spa facilities are only available to Hotel & Spa guests with facial, massage, or body treatment experience the day of their treatments. Guest may purchase a day pass for a fee, subject to availability.

Here Spa @ Hotel Contessa we transform you into a private universe for a celebration with a group of friends or for any other special occasion. It is our aim to meet your every need and expectation. Do not hesitate to contact us to customize your occasion.

SERVICE CHARGE 
For your convenience, a 23% service charge will be added to the original cost of each treatment you receive and will be charged upon check-out. The service charge 20% will be distributed to the staff that assisted you during your visit 3% will go to Hotel. Gratuities may be provided at your discretion.

PEACE OF MIND
The Spa offers the rare opportunity to relax in a calm, quiet environment with little disruption or distraction. Please help us maintain this peaceful atmosphere please be sure to silence your cell phone and speak softly. Our Spa is a haven of serenity. Please do not arrive to your service under influence of alcohol or with recreational CBD with TCH so that your relaxation and that of other guests are not disturbed.

SPA CUISINE 
Specially designed by our Executive Chef, our spa cuisine is a delicious option to include with your spa treatments. Our Spa guests will enjoy their healthy meal at Our roof top pool. A spa reservationist will assist you with scheduling your Lunch & Lounge Package to accompany your treatments.

SPA MEMBERSHIP
While our memberships offer numerous benefits, please note that all spa appointments are considered a la carte.

This means that:

Spa appointments are not included in the initiation fee of either the bi-annual or annual membership.
Each spa service is priced separately, allowing members to choose and pay for only those services they wish to enjoy.

SPA BOUTIQUE AND GIFTING SERVICE
To continue your treatment benefits, a comprehensive offering of home care products, including those recommended by your therapist, are available in the Spa at Hotel Contessa Boutique in the lobby of the Spa at Hotel Contessa. Gift bags are available to be delivered to your room. If you are unable to carry your purchase in your luggage, we can arrange for it to be sent/mailed to your desired destination upon your request with agreed shipping cost.
